用户应确保对上传素材和输入内容拥有必要权利，不得利用产品生成或传播违法、侵权、欺诈、恶意或危害他人的内容。不得尝试绕过配额、安全过滤、访问控制或对服务进行破坏性探测。

You must have the rights needed for uploads and prompts, and you may not use the product to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to bypass quotas, safety controls, or access restrictions.

AI 输出

AI 输出可能不准确、不完整或与现有内容相似。用户应在发布、商业使用或作出重要决定前进行人工审核，并自行确认版权、事实和合规要求。产品不保证特定风格、品牌一致性或行业认证结果。

服务可用性

Responsibility and handoff

Generated drafts remain your responsibility to review before publication. Check likeness rights, trademark use, medical or financial claims, and any industry-specific disclosure rules that apply to your campaign. ChatPod Studio accelerates exploration; it does not certify compliance.

Upstream model providers may change rate limits, safety filters, or output styles without notice. When a feature is unavailable, trust the on-screen status instead of assuming a silent retry succeeded. For account access outside the workbench, use chatpod.online.

If these baseline terms conflict with a signed enterprise agreement, the signed agreement controls for that deployment. Operators should replace this page with counsel-reviewed terms before offering paid or regulated services to the public. Users remain responsible for their prompts, uploads, and any downstream publishing decisions that rely on generated media.

Do not use the workbench to attempt to recreate private individuals’ likenesses without rights, to fabricate evidence, or to impersonate brands in a deceptive way. Report abusive outputs through the contact channel so operators can adjust filters and provider settings where possible. Keep human review in the loop for anything that will be published, sold, or used to make decisions about people. If a provider rejects a prompt, treat that as a hard stop for that request rather than trying to evade the filter with trivial rewrites.

Nothing on this page grants you ownership of third-party models, fonts, stock libraries, or brand assets that may appear in outputs by coincidence. Clear licenses for your own uploads and for any materials you incorporate from outside Studio before commercial use.
